Data is collected contemporaneously by the clinician at the time that letters and notes are produced. Thus audit quality data is collected with minimum additional work. The data entry screens are designed to be used by medical secretaries and the system is designed around their requirements.

Fully supports all NPAF Special Interest reports. We can also provide all Waiting Time reports required by the Department of Health.

Developed in conjunction with a colorectal consultant, the system is mature and in its 6th year of usage. The system utilises MS SQL.
